Why we built this
Every week, millions of people search for things like "convert JPG to PDF free." Most results lead to sites that require sign-ups, add watermarks, limit file sizes, or quietly upload your personal photos to servers you've never heard of.
We thought that was wrong. A simple file conversion shouldn't require an account. Modern browsers are powerful enough to handle this locally - we just had to build the tools.
UtilityZoo started as an internal toolkit at Usmani Stack - tools our own team used on every client project. We cleaned them up and published them for everyone.

Added Tesseract.js OCR, Tailwind color utilities, CSS generators, and developer workflow tools.

We build tools based on user requests. If you need something that doesn't exist, tell us. Most new tools take 1–3 days to ship.
How it's built
Every tool is a client-side web application. There's no backend, no database, no file upload endpoint. Your files are processed in memory inside your browser tab and discarded when you navigate away.
Zero-server architecture
We physically cannot access your files. There's no server-side component to receive them. This is the privacy guarantee - not a policy, but a fact.
