The UtilityZoo name, logo, visual design, and original source code are owned by Usmani Stack. The tools are powered by open-source libraries - including pdf-lib, Tesseract.js, browser-image-compression, and others - used under their respective open-source licences. You retain full ownership of any files, documents, or data you process through our tools. We claim no rights to your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UtilityZoo and Usmani Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of files, loss of business, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or its tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero, as the service is provided entirely free of charge.

UtilityZoo may display advertisements through Google AdSense or similar ad networks to support development and hosting costs. These ads are selected by automated systems operated by third-party ad networks and are not endorsed by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party advertisers.

Some tools use public third-party APIs such as the Wayback Machine CDX API or CORS proxy services as part of their function.
